Building a positive money mindset.

Changing how much we are spending - especially how we can spend less is financial advice that gets a lot of air time in our world today.

A much less talked about aspect is how we are talking to ourselves throughout the day (as it relates to money and in general).

At Curated Money, I am passionate about not only helping people be more intentional with where their money is going, but arguably more importantly, being more intentional about their inner dialogue with money.

There are no winners if you have reached your financial goals by beating yourself up with guilt, stress and shame around money are still lurking around the corner.

Here are some positive affirmations that you could use around money and abundance - choose a few that resonate with you. They can be adopted today - no matter where you are at on your financial journey.

  • I am focused and consistent

  • I am worth the effort

  • I can make time to learn more about money

  • My direction is more important than my speed

  • I don’t need to be extreme, just consistent

  • I am comfortable with wealth

  • There is no hurry

  • I have all the money that I need right now

  • There is more than enough and I am excited to welcome more into my life

Let’s not just built wealth, but a more loving and healthy money mindset.
